On the afternoon of November 10^th, 2017, the regular meeting aimed to make a summary of this week and arrange important activities for the next week, happened in the multi-functional conference hall.

First of all, Mr Luo Tao, who came from information technology center, gave us a speech on information technology application. He summarized the common problems with computer using, such as computer response speed, music resource download; files in USB cannot be opened etc. A common solution to these problems was given. The ways you have to do while there is a slow response to your computer:

             1. If there is more than one anti-virus soft ware, you may uninstall one of them and keep the other.

          2. Uninstall redundant software.

          3. If there are too many desktop files, you may use shortcut to move to other areas and form a good habit of organizing files at any time.

     Then he showed us the way to deal with the music resource download and if the files in USB cannot be read. The procedure was clear and easy to understand.

      Secondly, vice principal Mr Zhen Xiang and director Wen WenQin gave detailed explanations on teacher ladder development.

      In this work summary, the training of information technology application capacity provided a great help for the professional development of teachers. Information technology and other disciplines are more and more closely integrated, which encourages teachers to pay more attention to the important role of information technology teaching.
