In order to promote the professional development of new teachers in Tanghu Primary School, and to improve the morality and professional quality of teachers, the excellent teachers spread their knowledge. Tanghu Primary School held a grand ceremony about experienced teachers helping new teachers in the afternoon of September 6^th. The event was presided over by Li Yanli, the director of the research office. Meanwhile Li Shunrong, the principal of Tanghu Primary  School, Yang liu, the vice-principal of Tanghu Primary School and Wen Wenqin, the director of teaching , made speeches to the master and his apprentice.

Firstly, the director Wen Wenqin read the plans for this activity. Then the principal Li shunrong spoke to all of the young teachers: ”When you have a master, you’ll have more family affection and a sense of belonging”. As the saying goes: one-day teacher, life-long father. Next Principal Li made requests to all of the masters and apprentices. The masters need to pass on their wisdom without reservation; the apprentices need to learn from his or her masters.

Thirdly, the speech of the masters and apprentices’ representatives. Huang Wei, on behalf of the masters, said that all of the masters are willing to pass on their precious teaching experience to the young teachers and promote the growth of the young teachers. Xu Rong, on behalf of the young teachers, made a statement that they would like to listen more, think more, and improve more. The most important thing is that they will absorb the rich experience of the old teachers in practice. Meanwhile, they will combine their own characteristics for future reference.

Then the vice-principal Yang Liu made a summary of the meetings agreements between the masters and apprentices: 1. Correcting attitude. 2. Studying and applying smartly.3. Reflecting regularly.4.Practicing writing and keeping records.

Finally, with their mission and responsibilities decided, they exchanged agreements with each other and took a group photo.
