Spring returns, everything revives, everything is ready to go. On March 14, our school held the "10th discipline competition preparatory meeting". The meeting was presided over by Fu Jun from the office of teaching and learning. Principal Li shunrong, vice principals Zheng Xiang and Yang Dongyu, the director Wen Wenqin and other participating teachers attended the meeting.

First of all, Mr Wen emphasized that teachers are the key to the development of schools. The development of a school depends not only on one principal, but also on a group of highly qualified teachers and a cohesive team. To be an academic leader is a reflection of teachers' self-value. Young teachers should be ready at all times, start from the normal work, start from the main position of the classroom, and make every lesson better. Mr Yang of vice President of the school, made a clear and detailed routine teaching work: "the interpretation of curriculum and curriculum standards, the control of the core quality of the discipline, the combing of the textbook system, and the full preparation of every lesson in the future.

 Secondly, Mr Zhang , deputy director of the foreign affairs office and the academic leader, shared with us his experience of how he gradually grew from a young teacher to a regional academic leader. He told everybody to  pay attention to our basic skills with his practice experience, such as our  manners, blackboard writing, languages, classroom organization, the control of course standard teaching material, on-the-spot play. Mr Zheng of vice principal, proposed to start from three lessons: focus on classroom teaching and control the classroom structure, such as "new lessons, review lessons and practice lessons"; Grasp the curriculum construction, understand the top-level design of the school curriculum, clarify the curriculum structure, curriculum system; Grasp subject research, promote our own teaching with scientific research.

 Finally, principal Ms Li  put forward three wishes to encourage our young teachers: to pressure ourselves to grow up; Love education, not this life; Earn a glory, Thanksgiving school, Thanksgiving colleagues! She hoped that everybody prepares for a rainy day, formulates the plan,  we could attend the competition with calmly, the gentle state of mind. "The road ahead will be long and arduous. In the professional development of teachers on the road we will persist in moving forward!
