In spring, all things recovery. But a light rain brought a little chill to the spring, but also could not resist the enthusiasm of the teachers of Shengli Primary School  and our school,we got together and held joint teaching and research activities .

 At 8:30 in the morning, all the English teachers of our school and the English teachers of Shengli primary school gathered in the meeting room on the third floor of the school to carry out the joint teaching and research activities. Director WenWenQin toured this activity , first of all, he welcomed to the teachers of Shengli primary school , then he introduced the three paths of teachers’ professional development: "professional guidance, research and peer mutual aid", and gave us some suggestions on how to combine "syllabus" school-based the national curriculum guidelines. Finally, he spoke highly of this kind of research activity .

 Then, Ms. Zhao, the leader of the English teaching and research group of our school, made a special speech on how to promote the school-based national curriculum in combination with the curriculum outline. She shared the topic of "focus on the classroom teaching, do real English course", she talked about the "syllabus" from four aspects, from the point of national curriculum school-based - "syllabus", the starting point of national curriculum school-based - class mark refinement, national curriculum, school-based focus, improve the classroom efficiency, the growing point of national curriculum school-based construction four aspects - homework, on how to promote the national curriculum school-based turns into the exploration and thinking, systematically summarizes the English teachers in combination with the syllabus, in school-based aspects of practice, the national curriculum and teachers on the secondary development of the course, such as: She emphasized that education is a slow art, which requires us to stop from time to time and think. We need to be liberated from the traditional thinking mode, enhance the consciousness of innovation, walk with a kind of wisdom and tenacity, focus on classroom teaching, and make English courses real.

 Then Ms Zhang , another leader of the teaching and research group, explained the plan and arrangement of this English teaching and research activity. First of all, she introduced that our school has been listed as a subject school of special English courses in Shuangliu district, which is worthy of the pride of our teachers. Then, the teaching and research activities of this period are divided into a detailed division of labor, and a list of joint teaching and research topics and activities of the two schools is listed, so that teachers can clearly define the teaching and research tasks, and then better implement and promote the "curriculum outline". 

 Finally, Mr Zhang of the director of foreign affairs office   spoke highly of the two group leaders Ms Zhang and Ms Zhao , and he stressed that we must strengthen learning, pay attention to the teaching of basic training, improve their professional accomplishment, such as:  design the  blackboard writing, and oral English, etc., to prepare lessons, improve the classroom efficiency, consolidate students' foundation, make in each period of small test at ordinary times, master student at any time, timely find problems and solve in time, in addition, he stressed that we must integrate the teaching courseware, the teaching design ,then we could use again.

 Every teacher has benefited a lot from this activity. In particular, the three teachers of Shengli primary school were impressed by the solid development of our weekly teaching and research activities. They were deeply impressed by our solid and effective teaching and research activities. Teachers in our school also knew that only by improving their own classroom education and teaching level, they can  improve classroom efficiency, implement and promote curriculum construction.

"The road is long, the road is long, I will keep on searching". Under the care of leaders and under the leadership of two group leaders, the English teachers of our school will combine the "curriculum outline" in teaching and promote the school-based national curriculum.
