Moods were also sunny with the sunny day. On December 8^th, 2017, the winter sports day ended successfuly. The first reading share of new teachers was held in meeting room. 

Reading and teachers’ development have a close relationship. Reading is known as the best practice of teachers. Young teachers were called by the headmaster Li Shunrong to carry out the reading sharing activity. The vice-president Mr Yang, the chair man of curriculum and teaching office Mr Wen, Mr Li, Mr Fu, moral education department Ms Li, foreign office Mr Zhang, all also took part in this activity.

Ms Lei shared a book called Peaceful First-year with us. New teachers gained a lot from her sharing. Teachers need not only devotion, patience, but also high aspirations. We should have good study awareness and good learning habits. We must communicate with parents and make friends with students.

Another four teachers exchanged their reading ideas from educating their children and students, self growth, and so on. They expressed the happiness that reading gave them.

Reading has an important function and influence for teachers’ professional development and growth. We hope young teachers can read more books about education and write more. At last, they can help make contributions for the development of our school.
