On the morning of December 18^th, 2017, although it was nearly the end of the term, the enthusiasm of the trainees of Dua Xu's head-teacher's studio was not dampened. All the members started to learn as usual.

First of all, the Chinese teacher Li Hongyan shared the topic of "How to be a good reader". Teacher Li's report gave us some good ways to manage our classes. Then, we were showed some excellent examples of reading and sharing, such as the great beauty of Yang Xi's "bronze sunflower", Ms Dai’s feelings while reading "the little prince", and so on. From these cases, the students felt clearly a shared love of reading, on the basis that the formation of inspiration and thinking has value and significance, especially when communicating to think of and share new key words. Second, you should evaluate your work and life to find the most meaningful things to you. This specific method can be summed up in four words: citation, discussion, couplet and knot. In this way, we can improve our comprehension and reading skills; and be able to write about our own unique feelings, away from mediocrity and towards unique qualities. Ms Li's sharing won everyone's applause, and each student was confident in reading and sharing activities for the future.

"What is a good child in your heart? What is the best class in your heart? What kind of teacher do you want your children to see?” With such an open communication problem, the respectful Duan Xu's made a speech to her members. As a monitor, we should analyze  the whole students’ personality, grades, and hobbies. From the lecture, we had a deep admiration for the wisdom of Ms Duan, and knew how to operate. At the same time encourage the class’ weaker ability students to learn to take the initiative in communication. Not only that, each group of men and women is equal; tolerance, acceptance, and cooperation between students, and unity in the activity in groups of four is crucial. No wonder everyone says that if the class teacher is happy, the parents are happy, and the students are happier! I would say that as a guide, the students are also happy!

   It was a full and efficient day, "to be a teacher with personality", "constantly reflect on improvement", "take a long view of the class"... Ms Duan’s  words often rang around our ears; we have made great progress with the help of her, we give each child the chance of experiencing success, let every child challenge themselves and experience success! We know that “Learning can make you progress, we can improve by doing.”
