In order to play the leading role of famous teachers and in order to promote the professional growth of teachers in our school, our school hold a activity about the famous teachers’ demonstration lesson on December 12^th to 13^rd, 2017.

The instructor of this event ,Wang Huancheng made full preparations. He gave a lesson about “the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction” in Year 5. Mr.Wang introduced the topic from the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, and prepared a large number of videos to create situations, which promoted the students’ interests in learning, and a relaxing, pleasant learning atmosphere.

After listening to the class, the director Mr. Zhang hold a activity about class evaluation. Firstly, Mr.Wang talked about his lesson. Then, the other teachers gave their opinions about this lesson positively. At last, the headmaster, Ms. Li made a summary of this event. She gave a full affirmation about this event and stressed that we need to listen to a lesson with a scientific research vision.

Through this demonstration event, all art teachers have a new step on the teaching method of the art class, and they have a deeply understanding about teaching materials. Such face to face communication solves many puzzles and practical teaching problems of teachers, and gives teachers targeted teaching suggestions, which broadens teachers' teaching ideas and benefits teachers.
