Autumn is a sweet wine, autumn is a magnificent poem, and autumn is a moving song.

On the afternoon, September 26, President Li Shunrong, from the moral education department, the teaching department, and the security office, held a seminar for the first grade young teachers in order to help them with their future development.

Firstly, she spoke highly of their enthusiasm, and the progress that the young teachers had already made. Also she encouraged them to be open minded to difficulties and work pressure, learn to ask, and enjoy the growth of happiness.

Then, she shared some class management experience and practice, which combined a book called Teaching the First Grade in Heartsease with her own teaching experience. Principal Li suggested communicating with children and encouraging them to speak their mind.

At last, Lei Zhaoli, the director of moral education, gave young teachers a recent work task. It is vital to help student to get good character education, especially on concentration and orderliness. We have to work with children, so that they will be understood and respected. We hope that the young teachers will study together, develop together, and patiently wait for progress.
