Golden autumn delivers, the sun rises. Our new term comes. It is  like the cool autumn breeze. New term, new atmosphere, new plans, we have a new glory.

  On Sep,4^th,2017.A flag raising ceremony for the second week was held as usual. The teachers and students of Year Five, Class Six undertook this activity.“With the rising sun ,the great and loud national anthem, we held this flag raising ceremony. At the same time, we sang the school song loudly.”Two students of Year 5,Class Six made a speech called 《Chase the dream of Tianfu ------Temple of Marquis 》 for us. Their speech brought us to Three Kingdoms Period. It told us about the Shuhan Prime Minster Zhu Geliang, his mind was the talent of the earth, the ventral security of the nation. He knew all about astronomy and the geography. He had rare gifts and bold strategies that were able to strategize and gain a decisive victory a thousand miles away. He really gave his all till his heart ceased to beat.

LiuBei became the the first emperor of ShuHan Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period in the Romance of Three Kingdoms. ZhuGeliang helped LiuBei establish and stabilize shuhan; developed civil affairs, promoted economic and social development in Sichuan.

Nowadays we have the chances to visit the well-known Temple of Marquis that has a lot of historical sites, spectacular inscriptions, and pay our respects to ZhuGeliang.

   Temple of Marquis is located on the west side of South gate bridge of Chengdu, it is an ancestral hall that commemorates the Shuhan Prime Minster Zhu Geliang. It is one of the key cultural relics protection sites. It was built in the 6^Th century, next to the premier of han at first. Built in the early Ming Dynasty, it was incorporated into the premier of han, and formed the size of the present temple. The carving on the front door says “the premier of han” ,but we always call it “Temple of Marquis”,this shows the admiration to ZhuGeliang to the broad masses.

  It was divided into front and back halls, the premier of han was in the front, and the Temple of Marquis was at the back, this shows the former high and low pattern. There are two statues of Guanyu and Zhangfei in the side chambers of east and west. There are a lot of cypress trees, and the atmosphere is solemn.

  Many tourists, including many foreigners  came to Chengdu and visit it. We are very proud of it.

Later, Mr Zhang asked for regular requests this week. For example, the pupils must wear neat uniforms and red neck scarves at school. He also emphasized the safety  and the behavior of  each class of large gathering.

Tianfu culture; extensive and profound, passe from generation to generation. Today we “went into”the Temple of Marquis. We believe that all the teachers and students learned a lot from the speech.

A new week comes, let’s cherish the time, and try our best to do everything today better than yesterday.
