The theme training “how to enhance students’ learning potential” was conducted by Alicia in Tanghu elementary school.

She introduced some of the common ways in which students learned and four stages that students got their knowledge. The Bloom’s cognitive classification figure triggered the hot discuss among teachers.As a professional English teacher, Alicia came up with four key teaching methods: an English song,role play in English,structural practice and interactive game.

The training time is limited but the meditation is extensive.The English teaching group in the district has benefited a lot.
