Spring mist of spring rain. The 9th  classroom teaching competition of Shuangliu District will start.

March 9th in the morning, we took part in a meeting of “the ninth disciplines the preparatory committee". The guidance director Mr Wen presided over the meeting , our principal Ms Li , vice principal Mr Yang and all the competitors, the tutor team attended the meeting. If we want to develop our school, the teachers are the most important.The development of a school does not just rely on a principal, rely on  high quality of professional teacher and a cohesive team. In order to reduce the pressure of racer, Mr Wen  played  a motivational video for us, he tries to tell us: there is no shortcut to the way to success, everyone carries the image of a cross in life, only can stick to work hard ,then you can succeed!

The  discipline leaders Ms Luo of Chengdu   shared her growth process. We learnt  two key words from her: insist on working hard, stick to. She told us we should prepare this competition :  we must have a  curriculum in our heart, have teaching materials in our mind , we must  have students in our eyes and  have good teaching methods to the students.

The  vice principal Mr Yang  hoped  we should understand and put forward for data preparation, lesson planning requirements. Our principal MsLi made a  summary and  pointed out that this is a unitive team, we have strong support! Now is the age of heroes fade out team wins, we are not a person but a team in the competition. She wants everyone to participate in the competition with placid, peace of mind, believe in ourselves, believe this team! We firmly believed that the team of our school were on the way to pursue  a dream on the road, will not forget the beginner's mind, self-motivated forward!
