At first, Li Kuanjie, as a member of Duan Xu’s studio, gave a wonderful and impressive theme class meeting named “Thanks to my dear teachers”. Her class began with the story “The king’s medal” as well as a question “Why does the king give the medal to the teacher in the story?”, which aroused the students’ full attention in class and made them understand that it’s important to show respect to their teachers. And then, Ms. Li encouraged the students to talk about their favorite teachers and touching stories in their school life. Some students shared their experience how their teacher helped with the problems from their study and their daily life. Then, the students watched a video about “The teacher’s one day in school” which shows teachers’ hard-work and diligence. After the theme class meeting, the students showed their deep understanding and gratitude to their teachers. They are going to greet teachers politely and finish their homework punctually.

Finaly, the leader of Duanxu’s studio Duan Xu gave a speech on “How to hold parents’ meeting successfully?” Ms. Duan came up with many valuable and practical measures. Then she shared some of her fortunate and unfortunate experience to arouse those teachers to think how they can keep happy when they are in charge of a class. Through her speech, the teachers realized that it’s necessary and meaningful to communicate, be understanding, support and respect to their pupils.

The main aspect of the study lies on the improvement of pupils’ character and teachers’ teaching skills. We’ll keep studying on the research project in spite of any hardships!
