In order to improve the quality of subject research programme and promote teachers’ research ability, on March 15th 2018, teachers of scientific research group were together under the lead of the chief Yien. The discussion is about how to write the analysis and measures. After study, teachers put forward their opinions. They gained a lot.
During the training activity, Yien explained the important meaning of writing analysis and measures in combination with teachers’ scientific research. How to distinguish research measures and research method. She emphasized three characteristics of research measures. Firstly, it should be incompatible with objective law of teaching. Secondly, it should have school feature. Thirdly, it should be specific, and targeted.
She proposed valued ideas about problems and insufficiency of the three tasks. She stressed some mistakes that easily appearing. Such as the confusion between research measures and work measures, few relevance between research measures and research contents. The character education task should be detailing. The development assessment task should analyze research contents and problems. At last, teachers reflected on their little research subjects. Enhancing teachers’ education research ability and improving the level of scientific research is the only road school must get through.
