As the Chinese proverb says, “The whole year’s work depends on a good start in spring.” As spring is coming, in order to make the pupils know more about the nature world, some social practice activities finally came on April 6, 2017 with much anticipation in Tanghu Elementary School. The social practice activities involved over 3,200 pupils and teachers who were divided into four teams.

Let’s love the nature more

    The first-grade children kept singing and laughing along the way to their destination “The Squirrel Tribe” where they would take adventures in the forest. The kids had great fun in those game projects such as “The little train in the jungle”, “The valley of magical sound” ,“The crazy pond” and “The workshop of building blocks” etc. 

Let’s love working as well as our life

The second-grade pupils came to the beautiful Green Farm-the agricultural science and technology education base for teenagers where they visited the ecological farm, fed the cute animals, picked some organic vegetables and learned to make dumplings for their picnic at lunch time. What an amazing journey in the fabulous nature world.

After lunch, they came to the historical Liu’s landlord manor where they had a better understanding of patriotism and understood they should cherish their happy life today.

Let’s study more about agriculture

The fifth-grade pupils arrived at their destination The Aladdin Farm-another agricultural science and technology education base for teenagers, where they knew the construction of an ecological farm and usages of different tools, observed the fruit and vegetable planting and poultry producing, learn to pick and store the healthy ingredients and experienced soya-bean grinding. Those colorful diathesis practicing activities were pretty good for the pupils’ comprehensive development. 

Let’s work together and protect our lives

There came the most popular activity-the outdoors experiential developing activity. The pupils of Grade three, four and five paid their visit to the 7-colored Field which locates close to the Egret Bay Wetland Park. The students enjoyed a lot in those theme developing activities such as “Magical ball” “Reality CS war” “Fire-fighting drill” and so on. After these activities the pupils knew it’s of great importance to cooperate with each other.

        The one-day social practice activities for each grades was successfully held thanks to the teachers’ careful organization and pupils’ active participation. To walk outside in spring, to gain a happy childhood. The spring this year witnessed the pupils’ special experience in their childhood.
