At the beginning of this year, all things change from old to new .On January5, 2017. The school principal Li Shunrong, the school assistant Zhang Yongzhi, director of the education technology Xu Jie, school modern education technology team, equipment management team and research team totally 16 people held a final review meeting in the reference room.

The reference began with a beautiful song. Especially, the meeting took the way of innovation, using cell phones to share pictures and Mr Xu described a series of stories behind. Members got so proud of themselves about what they’ve done for the teachers, students and school winning an honor. “All we do is worth it, and it’s valuable”, said Mr Xu.

Member Luo Tao thought the elaborate management connected each other, made us a team. Miss Zhu Xuelian said, because of the passionate team, encouraged us to continue learning and keep progress. Ms Hu Junfen as a librarian suggested building literary school and ensuring everyone in the school’s reading time. The modern education technology equipment manager Li Yonghong shared her way of managing from zero to the top. Scientific equipment manager Wang Rong shared their advance the practice of scientific experiments. Different share gave us different touches, which made every one understand different team effort.

Then school principal assistant Zhang Yongzhi remarked on their work and offered two suggestion: 1.manage the equipment properly.2. Use the equipment safely. Finally, Ms Li Shunrong made comments and summarized it into 6 points:

 1. To enhance publicity

 2. To reinforce learning  

 3. To strengthen service

              4. To make recreation

 5. To make a strong management

 6. to work down to earth

        Under the theory on school management: multiple development leads everyone’s success, we do the ordinary work but make unordinary success.
