On December 12, 2016.Principal Li Shunrong presented a special lecture on the skill development in school meetings for administrative and management personnel of our school. 

       Principal Li who is a manager with a good observation and a leader pays attention to details. As an animator of the delicacy management, she leads by example and work diligently. Principal Li analyzed the skill development in school meetings from these six aspects: firstly, to set a goal before the meeting that’s to say you have to make it clear about the purpose of each meeting. Secondly, you suppose to presuppose the difficulties and results. Thirdly, you have to elaborate preparations for the meeting. Then you have to make measures to insure the effect of the meeting. Later, grasping the basement of the meeting is necessary. The last one is to summarize. All these above made the presence of every manager feel empathetic. From her sincere and passionate words, we can see her responsibility and strict disciplines on her own.

Cohesion bring power and unity raise hope. Our school management team, under the guidance of principal Li, is down-to- earth and sparing no effort to move on.
