On December the 9^th, 2016.Tanghu Elementary school principal Li Shunrong successfully made a speech on teachers how to be good parents.

It’s difficult to be parents. We always thinking about how to educate our students but barely consider about our own children. Principal Li corresponds to her own experience talking in an impressive way.

Parents are first teacher of children. We are more parents than teachers. Then, to be good parents is an important career for every teacher.

Yet the fact proves, good teachers aren’t equal to good parents, therefore Principal Li listed us several problems as follow:

1.     Teachers educate their own children tends to fall in preaching, thus kids will disgust and produce rebellious attitude.

2.     Job burnout, like to complain.

3.     Professional influence and mind-set.

4.     Life is simplex and lack of connects.

   All these penetrated facts and lead teacher to recognize their insufficiency and to feel the improvement to settle the urgent pressure.

Then principal Li guide to focus on how to overcome difficulties and improvement. We teacher should learn to overcome fidgety, and put all the education theory into practice. We have to clarify the roles of teachers and parents. Accompany, motivating, conversation are very important. To be good Parents, example is better than precept. Teachers set up positive outlook on life, positive attitude toward life, lets the child hold full expecting to society. But we can't put all the energy and hope in the child's body, not deprived of the rights of children to be independent growth in the name of love!
