In order to promote and develop in-depth the students’ sunshine sports movement, show the students’ spirit of positive upward, the struggling youth. We had a sports meeting on Thursday and Friday. First, let’s look at the solemn opening ceremony.

To the opening ceremony

 The theme of this sports meeting is “Take part in the sports actively, enjoy the tremendous moment.”  On Thursday morning, all the teachers and students gathered our school playground, the students put on our school uniforms, we had a solemn opening ceremony. Each class shows their characters for us in the opening ceremony. Each pupil shows their best spiritual outlook for us. Today our youth is burning and everyone lights his passion. In the following two days, we are expected to make our smile blossom in the breeze. We are expected to make our sweet shine under the sun.

To the athletes

In this sports meeting, different Grades took part in different sports events. There are a lot of  different  kinds of sports events, such as running, high jump, long jump, crawling and so on. The athletes of each class took active part in this sports meeting. They tried their best to run, jump and so on. We are proud of them.

 Look! The athletes of  Grade Five and Six were running, they tried their best to run in the 1500m race. Although some athletes didn’t win at last, we should learn their spirit. As a saying goes, “There is a miracle if you believe.”Nothing is impossible. We were moved by their Olympic spirit. After the 1500m race, the most exciting moment came, each class took part in the class relay race. Each class chose fifteen boys and fifteen girls. Each class has thirty athletes took part in this relay race. The athletes who were chosen tried their best to run, they were running for the honor of their classes.

In the afternoon, all the teachers of our school gathered our school playground. We had an interesting sports meeting. We ran, jumped, laughed .

 Look! We were very happy. The most unforgettable sports event is the contest of tug-of-war. It gave us a lot of happiness and made us unite wholeheartedly. There is a saying:”Unity is the guarantee of victory.”

 In the competition, the students’ passion float in the sky, striving, all the teachers tracked the process of the game, took photos of the wonderful moment, in this sports meeting, students showed their good characters for us, promote the communication of each class, enrich the campus life of students, enhance the team cohesion.
