The delegation, under the leadership of Duan Xu, got their arrival in Xihu lake to participate in the research meeting about the core qualities of all head teachers, Gui Xiandi, Ding Ruxu ,Zhao Kai and other professional teachers also at present.

    Teacher Gui first gave her speech which was genuine with humor, glee and wisdom. She asked herself three times every week: “Do you love your students? Will you love your students?”

    Professor Zhao from Nanjing Normal  University addressed the speech “the path to excellent head teacher” from which we realized that in order to become an excellent head teacher, we should establish a platform and foster students with great mental qualities.

    We got a lot from this event not only about class management but also about students mental health. We will spare no efforts to move ahead to excellent head teachers!
