The beginning of school is in less than a week.On the morning of September7, 2016, new semester meeting among heads of teaching research groups held smoothly in the conference room of Jinxian building. And the meeting was conducted by academic director Mr.Wen Xueqin.The conference began with an experienced front-line teacher Ms.She Xiaohua, instead of administrative staff members speaking in turn first, sharing all her treasured methods as a qualified leader of teaching research groups.Ms She referred to all her experiences as the leader of teaching research group conveying three vital ways:touching people by emotion and finding people’s bright sides, a corporation everybody involved, educating by love and spreading positive energy.

Later principal Li shunrong made a speech from a microscopical aspect; she said there is a great improvement in working attitude, which is turning positive and active.With more new teachers and more prominent teachers joining us, she believes it will be a big step for our quality of teaching.

Under the encouragement of principal Li,all the teachers discussed over how to guarantee the effectiveness of the teaching and research. It successfully motivates every teacher’s passion towards work. New conference style brings new style of work, new thinking pattern brings new hope,and new semester brings a new side of Tanghu elementary school.
