Digitization makes the equipment more scientific

The drizzle last Monday witnessed the passionate enthusiasm in the training held in the multimedia network classroom of Tanghu primary school. Xujie, the educational technology centre director in this school, conducted the training to promote  professional proficiency of equipment managers in the new semester. The school staff in different departments have various duties, whether important or trivial, among which equipment managers play a special role, making quiet contribution to education in a different way.

In order to get a further improvement in their professional capacity, encourage then to "manage in s scientific way, work in an order and have fun in it", and ensure that they gain a sense of happiness and belonging in their position, Xujie, based on his long term experience, conducted training about managing the equipment via digitization. Such working models will standardize our work with higher efficiency.

There was no ostentatious theory, but plenty of practical technique in equipment management. The director, Xu, explained a profound method of improving efficiency in simple examples:

1.            Foster a working style in four sectors "one plan in every semester, one procedure, one light point, one summary".

2.            Ensure a thorough cleansing every month, a cleaning every week, and good sanitation maintenance every day.

3.            Pay attention to the working key point of managing a group for one minute every Monday.

4.            Take a one-minute record of the course.

5.            Hold a five-minute security inspection every day.

6.            Have a one-hundred letter introduction about the equipment room.

7.            Get an achievement in "four one goal"

Meanwhile, he introduced the prospect of equipment management integrated with internet plus technology, such as; WeChat management and QR code application, to encourage others to adapt innovative models in such sectors.

In this one hour training, all equipment managers paid heed to it with relish and gave their response now and then with shaking heads. When it is over, some of the trainees said; "The training has got my ideas into shape. I can work more orderly and targeted. The digitization will ensure more scientific equipment management. I made progress today, haha".
