金秋时节,桂花飘香,棠湖小学师生在一片浓郁的花香中沉醉。同时,也在浓浓教学研讨氛围中沉醉。

It was a day in the autumn, the faculty and students of TongHu Elementary School were intoxicated in the sweet scented osmanthus fragrance . At the same time, they were also intoxicated in a strong atmosphere of teaching and seminar.

2019925日下午,棠湖小学召开了本届六年级毕业班工作会。棠湖小学校长李顺榕,副校长郑祥、杨东宇出席了本次会议。

In the afternoon of September 25, 2019, Tonghu Elementary School held the graduating classes meeting of grade 6. Li Shunrong, the principal,  Zheng Xiang and Yang Dongyu, the vice presidents, attended the meeting.

会议最先由杨东宇校长就本届毕业班学生情况和教师团队进行分析。杨校长指出,教学质量是学校的生命线,教师要有质量意识。同时,作为六年级毕业班老师要有明确的目标,抓课堂,上好每一节课;抓教研,坚持每月月测;抓三率,保证合格指标;抓整体,抱团求发展。最后特别强调,班级建设不容忽视,在关注学生发展的同时,不忘关注其品性的养成。

At the beginning of the meeting, President Yang Dongyu made an analysis of the students'situation and the teachers' team in graduating classes. Then he pointed out that the quality of teaching is the lifeline of school, and teachers should have quality consciousness.Meanwhile, teachers of graduating classes should set clear goals and ensure the quality of each session; take teaching research seriously and insist on monthly testing; pay attention to three rate and ensure qualified indicators; and value the whole class and pursue common development. Last but not least, he especially emphasized the importance of class construction which can not be ignored, besides,the cultivation of students character can not be forgot

接着,上届毕业班各科代表就教研、教学、班级工作方面同老师们进行了交流。几位老师都同时提到,教学安排要有统筹计划;各科之间要协调沟通;年级组内要步履一致同发展。

Then, the representatives from all disciplines of the last graduating classes exchanged views with the current teachers on teaching and research, teaching and class work. All of them mentioned that the teaching arrangement should be planned as a whole, the communication among different subjects should be coordinated, and the development of the same grade group should be synchronized.

 最后,李顺榕校长希望老师关注三个整体,即:学科整体、班级整体、年级整体。具备三个抓手,即:抓课堂、抓内容、抓关键。最后从备课、作业设计、班级建设、考试技巧方面给了老师几点建议。

Finally, Principal Li Shunrong wanted teachers to pay attention to three integrations(discipline, class and grade) and three grasps(grasp the classroom, grasp the content, grasp the key). She gave some suggestions in terms of lesson preparation, homework design, class construction and examination skills.

不打无准备之仗,只为有准备的目标。相信,在学校领导的带领下,在年级组老师的共同努力下,我们一定能携手同进,同发展!
