Train Scientific Quality Develop English Ability of Thinking

May 10, bilingualism Research Center director Hou Yulin,Chengdu English instructors and researcher Fanbo, Shuangliu English instructors and researcher Shang Meilin , our principal LiShunrong took part in this activity.Two English teachers HuWan and ZhaoJun have a class each for us.



 After two classes of bilingual teachers and group all three experts in a meeting. At the forum, Mr. Hou first come out with the concept of bilingual science, scientific significance of bilingual teaching, different teaching model gives us insight into the bilingual teaching of science. Bilingual teaching science tells us there must be planned, system, teaching to fully mobilize the students' prior knowledge of the language, expand vocabulary appropriate to reflect its scientific nature. Secondly, Ms Fan  affirmed the advantages of two bilingual teachers teaching science, teaching English language and scientific knowledge to achieve a balance. Also made valuable suggestions, requires teachers to help students explore learning and teaching from a scientific point of view, so that students real experience. Finally, still raised bilingual activities and student life experience should be closely linked.
